WHAT IS SHARE CREDITS REQUEST?

Share Credits Request is a new feature which allow you to transfer your balance to another account registered in FGH.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS INVOLVED?

1. Input the target username into the [Transfer To] input box, the amount you would like to transfer and then SUBMIT.
   Example: Transfer to ANOBA123456
   Amount: 500
2. Inform our CSR on your Share Credits request, once the request is approved, the target user will need to [Accept] the request under Accounts button >> [Share Credits Report]
3. Once the user accepted, they will receive the amount directly to their balance.
   (Note that your balance will be deducted immediately upon successful share credits request.)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• You need to clear all your rollover requirement before applying for [Share Credits Request]
• The receiver will need to complete a 1x rollover requirement of the amount they receive before withdrawal.
• We reserve the right to change the T&C without prior notice.
